Port Dickson and Melaka Trip

3 days 2 nights to Port Dickson & Melaka with friends...Jalan-jalan cari makan again.
Left KL at 11am, quite a slow and relax drive there while enjoying the scenery along the way.
First stop at Lukut, because we are so hungry and missed the 'LaZha Mee' aka 'Dirty Mee' / 拉杂面. Basically you can order what main ingredients you want: fish, prawn, meat balls etc...
We ordered meat balls for the main ingredients.

Plum Juice to cool down...So warm out there.

Dried Mee, yummy! I like it. But need to wait for the soup, too plain.

Wow..Here comes the soup. Meat balls, pork, vege and FuChuk (Beancurd Sheets).

Let's eat while it's still HOT!!!

That's for lunch...RM13.20 for 2 persons inclusive of drink. Next, let's continue our journey to Tiara Beach Resort to meet our friends, they are bit late as we started our journey earlier!!!

After meeting up with Thomas & gf at the resort, all of us took a nap before heading for seafood dinner feast at Chardin Sea View Restaurant .

Nice PD beach view before sunset...

Our orders:

KamHiong Lala

Sweet & Sour Crab..bit spicy though

Steamed Buns

Fried Buns

Fried Glass Noodle. Best! My favorite!

Vegetable

Wet Tissue
Total bill at RM120, quite a reasonable seafood feast and it's so tasty & fresh. I would say it's nicer that Lala Chong Restaurant and even Coconut Flower Restaurant. Thanks Thomas for the bill. (",)

Day 2:

As Tiara Beach Resort is more to Family resort, with kids i mean..Hehe...
Hence, we proceed to Melaka and meeting with friends as well.
We reached Melaka town around 11am and that's the best time to go for Hainan Chicken rice before it's too crowded. And of coz, we go for the original one..(",)

Barley Drink

The whole steamed chicken. Best!

Rice balls, 5 per plate, eaten one...Yummylicious.

And of coz, can't without the chili!!!

ok...all got their rice...

Let's start!!!

We ordered additional 25 chickens balls for 6 of us...

After we're done, see the que outside!!!

Too full, need to walk a bit, let's proceed to Jonker Street...

Passed a transparent shop selling waffle, quite unique..

err...machine got problem ka?

The poster outside, it's a fish shape waffle with kaya & butter filling.

Amoy yuan yang waffle..not bad, no hands shoot pic

Passed by a Nyonya Cendol stall, eat again! Fuh!!!

After lingering along Jonker Street, it's time for dinner! Eat again!!! Hahaha...
We head to Jalan Ong Kim Wee for Satay Celup...

Each person has a small plate of diced bread and cucumber.

Self-service please, go and take what you want to "celup"..kakaka...

Stir first...

Cincau ice...so thirsty..

After the satay celup, a quick one as we want to save some stomach space for seafood. Yay..Let's head for Portuguese Settlement Village for an authentic seafood feast..

Still thirsty, fruit juice the best..

Grilled Horse Shoes Crab. Basically, less fresh as the main attraction is the EGG!!!

My first time trying, delicious, taste a bit like salted egg yolk...

My first time tried snail as well, dun quite like it...

Boiled and eat with salads, lemon and chili...

Not my piece of cake...

Portuguese Style Grilled Fish, taste some coconut milk in there...So far so good.

After the seafood feast, it's 11pm. Time to had back to Tiara Beach Resort as we'll be back to KL the next day. That's called a day! Well planned and spent!

Day 3:
Before start our journey back to KL, we had our lunch at PD. We ordered a set lunch for 6 people.

Vegetable

Omelette

Sweet n Sour Fish

Fried Squibb
Kam Heong Lala

Lastly, watermelon

Overall, it's a nice short trip with friends...So, we'll Jalan-jalan cari makan at PD & Melaka again next year...(",)
